GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Early registration is a benefit to you! All registrations received by February 29th are entitled to the early bird rate – a 20% savings!

Please complete the registration form fully and return with payment to OLTCA.  Note: registration forms can be submitted directly to OLTCA with payment from your head office, if applicable, to follow. Please note that all registration fee categories are subject to HST (HST Registration #82797 5293 RT00001).

Please use one registration form per registrant. To minimize errors please print all information on your registration form.

When completing the registration form, please note that it is important to indicate your correct association affiliation. Please indicate on your form whether you are attending Together We Care 2012 as a Member of OLTCA, ORCA, both OLTCA and ORCA or as a non-member.

To avoid unnecessary delays in processing your registration, your payment, payable to OLTCA, should cover only the items specified on the registration form.

Please retain a copy of your registration form for your records.

You will receive a confirmation of your registration by email approximately one week in advance of Convention. Please print the email and bring a copy of it with you to the registration desk - we will scan the bar code information it contains to verify your registration and print your name badge.  Note: Your name badge is your pass to the events you have registered for and must be worn at all times to gain admittance to Convention venues.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice of cancellation is received prior to Friday March 9th wiil receive a refund less a $50 administration fee.  If notice of cancellation is received after March 9th and before March 23rd, a refund less a 50% administration fee will be given.

After March 23rd refunds will be issued on medical or compassionate grounds only.  All requests, including the appropriate documentation, must be in writing and forwarded to mdodge@oltca.com

DELEGATE ONSITE KIT

In addition to a printed name badge, each delegate will receive a kit containing a Day at a Glance that indicates session/event rooms and times, a Trade Show map and information and a badge lanyard.
