Exhibitors take responsibility for the location of their booths with respect to competitors in neighbouring booths. Any questions regarding locations should be directed to the ORCA office. The Convention Committee can only switch booths with unoccupied booths if any are available.

The undersigned hereby confirms reserved exhibit space which, when accepted in writing by the Convention Committee, becomes a contract.

In the event the Centre, including but not limited to any part of the Exhibit Space, is unavailable whether for the entire Event or a portion of the Event, as a result of fire, flood, tempest, inclement weather or other such cause or as a result of governmental intervention, malicious damage, acts of war, terrorist activities, strike, lock-out, labour dispute, riot or other cause or agency over which OLTCA/ORCA Convention has no control, or should OLTCA/ORCA Convention decide, in its sole discretion, that because of such cause that it is necessary to cancel, postpone or re-site the Event, or reduce the move-in and installation time, show time or move-out time, OLTCA/ORCA Convention shall not be liable to indemnify or reimburse the Exhibitor in respect of any damage or loss, direct or indirect, arising as a result thereof.
